Background and Experience

Assisting senior-level management has always been a passion of mine, and my experience includes over 26 years of executive, C-level support in a variety of industries – insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, clinical research, public utilities, outdoor recreation, higher education, consumer goods and construction. By taking this experience one step further by founding SS Administrative Solutions, my focus now is on partnering with businesses like yours to tackle ongoing administrative tasks. Together we can streamline your administrative processes, reach out to your customers, and allow you more time to focus on other business priorities.

Administrative Consultant Shannon Walker

The variety of tasks in each of my previous corporate roles has given me valuable experience and confidence in handling any imaginable administrative task – from proofreading a lengthy research publication and designing a newsletter or presentation to securing passports for non-U.S. citizens and arranging complex, multi-segment international travel. 

On a personal note, I enjoy ice cream, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and driving my vintage 1994 Camaro around town.
